The Police, Fire and Legislative Committee met on Monday, December 8th to discuss a proposed ordinance amending Ord. 266-74 which establishes 509.12 - Curfew - of Chapter 509 of the codified ordinances. The committee recommended amendments be made to the proposed legislation by the Law Department and the matter was referred back to council for consideration. Also, the committee discussed the Rules of Council and the City Council Agenda. The committee referred the item back to council for consideration once all updates and amendments have been made.
