Issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum amount of $4,200,000 for the purpose of improving various local roadways within the city.
PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND:
The purpose is to finance the repair and replacement of certain roadways within the city including the 2026 Tower Blvd project and the Local Roadway Rehab rounds 39 and 40 in conjunction with Ohio Public Works Commission to be completed in 2026 and 2027.
RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL:
Lorain City Council consider passage
