A RESOLUTION HONORING THE LORAIN HIGH SCHOOL ESPORTS TEAM FOR CAPTURING THE STATE TITLE

WHEREAS, the Lorain High School Titans Esports Team, captured the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) State Championship in Valorant on March 8 during their third trip to the state tournament; and
 
WHEREAS, the Titans were the only team to go undefeated in their group stage, and in the grand finale secured the title with a 2-0 sweep to win; and
 
WHEREAS, this achievement reflects the team’s skill, teamwork, preparation, and dedication, as well as the strong leadership of its coaches; and
 
WHEREAS, the following individuals contributed to this accomplishment: Riley Frey, Julian Montero, Angel Olalde, Ramon Quintero, Gage Reinhart, Tristan Rose, Isaiah Vergara and Coaches Seth Litman and Teo Marti.
