PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND
Correspondence received from the Ohio Division of Liquor Control advising of a Transfer Application received for SIRIUSJ LLC to Raya Enterprises Inc., 7-Eleven Store #19743C, located at 3054 Leavitt Rd., 44052 (7th Ward).
RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL:
Authorize the Clerk to notify the Board that no complaints have been received.
