Issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum amount of $2,400,000 for the purpose of retiring and reissuing the City's series 2017 various purpose refunding bonds.
PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND:
The purpose of the refunding bond would be the realization of cost savings for the City.
RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL:
Lorain City Council consider passage
