President Arredondo's appointment of a member of Council to serve as the Chaplain.

President Arredondo's appointment of the Finance Chair to serve on the Tax Incentive Review Committee.

Correspondence received from the Ohio Division of Liquor Control advising of a D1 D3 Permit Transfer Application received for Crystal Rock Inn located at 2215 E. 28th St., Lorain, from Tammy & Michael Losiewicz located at 2215 E. 28th St., (6th Ward).
d.
Mayor Bradley's proclamation recognizing and declaring January 27th as International Holocaust Remembrance Day in the City of Lorain, Ohio.

____ Reso. appointing members to the local Board of Tax Review pursuant to Lorain Codified Ordinance Section 192.18

____ Reso. to receive cannabis revenue from the Dept. of Taxation and allocate funds to Lorain's General Fund.

____ Reso. auth the S/S Director to sell municipally owned personal property that is not needed, by internet auction.
e.
____ Ord. auth the Treasurer to enter into all necessary agreements with ISSI for the provision of software that allows Tax Returns to be filed electronically.
f.
____ Ord. auth the S/S Director to apply for grant funding on behalf of the City of Lorain for the construction of the 2028 SRTS Program.
