Correspondence received from CHN Housing notifying Council that CHN Housing plans to be the General Partner of a 63-unit residential rental development known as Southern Heights Preservation at 1655 E. 30th St. A.

Mayor Bradley's request for Council to approve the re-appointment of Henry Patterson and Brandon Wysocki to the City of Lorain Zoning Board of Appeals for a six-year term.

Mayor Bradley's 2026 State of the City Address presentation.
