Resolution directing parking control, establishing no parking along Premier Drive between Augusta Drive and 227th Street.
Recommendation/Action(s):
Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
Staff received a customer service request regarding designating no parking near the intersection of Premier Drive and Augusta Drive. Upon reviewing the area, it was determined that, based on the functional classification and use of Premier Drive between Augusta Drive and 227th Street, it is recommended that the entire road segment be designated with no parking.
This matter was discussed at the July 9th Site Plan and Traffic Safety Advisory Committee meeting, with the committee finding that the recommendation should be advanced for consideration by the City Council. Letters were sent to adjacent properties on Premier Drive notifying residents of the proposed change. To date, one call in support of the recommendation has been received.
