Resolution accepting donation from the Twilight Garden Club for the Hubbard House gardens and park.

Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
The Twilight Garden Club, the organization that supports the gardening and landscaping efforts at the Hubbard House, has reached out to the City to donate $5,000 toward garden improvements. The improvements that members of the Club addressed are intended to address safety and aging infrastructure. Staff met with members of the Club to discuss where to focus the funds, and the two items that were agreed upon are to fix the metal edging around garden beds and to refill the rock walking paths.
Staff received a quote for this work, and the anticipated cost is roughly double the $5,000 donation. In order to support this improvement, the City would match the donation to cover these costs using funds in the 2025 Park Facilities budget.
