Motion approving change order.
Summary:
Staff is recommending approval of the following change order. The All Seasons Arena Board approved this at their November 8th meeting.

Change Order #9, $3,928.36
CO #9 includes the following:
The above change orders total an increase of $3,928.36. If approved, the newly adjusted contingency will be decreased to $88,073.54.

CO #9 includes the following:
- Increase for additional textured ceiling repairs where walls were removed in the figure skating locker room
- Increase for sprinkler pipe modifications in the dryland training room to maximize ceiling height and usable space
- Increase for additional painting on the west wall of the south rink to blend the new wall with the existing
The above change orders total an increase of $3,928.36. If approved, the newly adjusted contingency will be decreased to $88,073.54.
