Resolution approving 2025 Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Operating Budgets.

Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
The Mankato EDA is required by 24 CRF 990.315 to annually prepare an operating budget and have it reviewed and approved by the Economic Development Authority, which has been delegated the powers of a housing authority under Minnesota Statutes. The budget is the same 2025 budget that was adopted by the City Council on December 9, 2024. The operating budget and resolution is then submitted to HUD with the operating subsidy request as reflected in the budget.
In summary, the Board is asked to approve by resolution the 2025 operating budget for Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher programs as presented.
