Motion approving a change order for All Seasons Arena.

Motion approving change order.

Summary:

Staff is recommending approval of the following change order. The All Seasons Arena Board approved this at their May 9^th meeting.

Becker Arena Products (through Sourcewell)
Change Order, $400.00
This CO includes the following:

Additional labor to install brush seal for the transition between the bleachers and the hockey boards/glass on the North Rink

The above change order will increase the overall project cost by $400.00. If approved, the contingency will be decreased to $161,735.56.

Staff recommends a motion approving the change order.
