Motion approving change orders for All Seasons Arena.

Recommendation/Action(s):

Motion approving change orders.

Summary:

Staff recommends approval of the following change orders, which were approved by the All Seasons Arena Board at their meeting on June 6.

Met-Con, Trade Package 1A
Change Order #14, $7,940.36
CO #14 includes the following:
  • Additional saw cutting for removal of former lobby stair foundations
  • Painting of the existing metal panels behind the former bleacher locations in the North Rink  
Malterer Mechanical, Trade Package 23B
Change Order #8, $1,250.00
CO #8 includes the following:
  • Removal of decommissioned gas lines servicing the North Rink  
The above change orders will increase the overall project cost by $9,190.36. If approved, the contingency will be decreased to $152,545.20.
