Resolution updating the City of Mankato Fee Schedule to include updates to Minnesota State Statute 461.12, Subd. 2, relating to administrative penalties for sales and furnishing of tobacco.

Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
It was found that Minnesota State Statute 461.12, Subd. 2, relating to administrative penalties for sales and furnishing; licenses related to tobacco, has been revised. With this, the fee schedule for the City of Mankato needs to be updated accordingly to reflect the statute.
