Resolution authorizing application for Spark Good Local Partnership Grant Program.

Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
The Mankato Department of Public Safety has been invited to apply for a grant to participate in the Spark Good Local Partnership Grant, and is eligible to receive up to $3,000 in funding. The purpose of the grant is to support a partnership with Mankato Walmart to help fund the annual Shop with a Hero event that occurs in December.
