Adoption of the attached resolutions.

On September 11, 2025, and October 7, 2025 staff hosted an informational meeting for projects 11192 and 11193, respectively, where engineering staff presented the proposed plan, estimated costs, and proposed preliminary assessments for the projects. Residents abutting the projects were mailed notice of the informational meetings.
 
Engineering Staff is recommending the Council consider these improvements per the attached feasibility reports, estimated costs, and funding sources noted below:
