Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Blue Earth County (BEC) for Detox Transportation Services.

Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
The Mankato Department of Public Safety and Blue Earth County Human Services have participated for several years in a Purchase-of-Service Agreement. This agreement sets reimbursement amounts for transport of intoxicated individuals to detox facilities as well as observation and safety monitoring by Mankato Department of Public Safety staff. The billing will be performed by Public Safety upon completion of transport.
The attached agreement is for the period January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
