KJ2 is requesting to set February 9, 2026, as the date of the public hearing for a variance to increase the number of units allowed in the proposed development. The property is described as Lots 17-22 Block 5 Groh Farm Subdivision (3120, 3122, 3124, 3126, 3130, 3132, 3134, 3136, 3200, 3202, 3204, 3206, 3210, 3212, 3214, 3216, 3220, 3222, 3224, 3226, 3230, 3232 Bassett Drive and 1120, 1124 Fraser Lane).
