Summary:
The property at 307 Mound is seeking a license to encroach to utilize a portion of Irving Street for access, parking, and storage. Irving Street is unimproved and only has a limited number of properties with access from this right-of-way. The applicant was previously approved for a variance to allow for the construction of a 22' x 25' garage adjacent to this portion of Irving Street. Although not required for the variance, the applicant is proposing to continue use of the Irving Street right-of-way. The property is described as the west 78 feet of Lots 8 and 9, Block 5, Hubbell’s Addition (307 Mound Avenue).
A condition of approval is that the applicant will be required to submit the Certificate of Insurance prior to issuance of the License to Encroach.
