General Aviation Hangar rent was intended to increase by 3% to support the increase in general aviation hangar maintenance and repair. The Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the previous five years averaged 4.1% and for 2025 the average is 2.6% using the 10 available reporting months.
