Resolution authorizing the City Manager to purchase annual subscription from Tyler Technologies.
Recommendation/Action(s):
Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
The City of Mankato originally purchased Tyler-Munis software from Tyler Technologies for use as our ERP system after entering the contract in 2015. As part of that contract, the city has an annual maintenance contract which covers the services used including financials, purchasing, fixed assets, utility billing, payroll and permitting. Staff is requesting approval to execute the 2026 annual maintenance fee purchase of $202,185.85, which is included as a line item in the 2026 budget and is on target with the project amount. Staff recommends adoption of the attached resolution.
