Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute the Naming Rights Agreement for Vetter Stone Amphitheater.

Motion approving Naming Rights Agreement.
Summary:
The City of Mankato currently has a naming rights agreement with Vetter Stone Company for the naming rights of the Amphitheater. The agreement will expire in 2027, and a new agreement has been created.
The new agreement runs through December 31, 2036, is in the amount of $20,000 per year with 3% annual increases and Vetter Stone will have the ability to donate product towards the Amphitheater remodel in the first three years of the agreement.
Staff recommend approval of the agreement.
