Summary:
An application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license has been submitted by Children's Museum of Southern Minnesota, 224 Lamm Street, on October 1, 2026, for their Ignite the Night Fundraising Event. Servers have attended and successfully completed the ServSafe Alcohol Training Program. Event proceeds are used for charitable purposes. See the attached letter submitted with the application.
Taxes are current for the premise and a certificate of liability insurance has been provided. A license fee of $155 and an investigation fee of $37 will be set forth into the city's general fund.
