Motion approving application for an On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License for Rishiv Hospitality, LLC DBA Baymont by Wyndham, 2120 US Hwy 169 North, Mankato (also known as 51578 US Hwy 169).

Recommendation/Action(s):

Motion approving application upon submittal of all items prior to issuance. 

Summary:

An application has been submitted by Rishiv Hospitality, LLC DBA Baymont by Wyndham, 2120 US Hwy 169 North, Mankato (also known as 51578 US Hwy 169), for an On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt liquor license. 

A liquor license-holder agreement has been negotiated between the applicant and the Department of Public Safety. A background investigation of all persons and premises named in the application reveals nothing that would preclude issuance of this license. 

License fees of $183.75 and an investigation fee of $155 will be set for deposit into the city's general fund.
