Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Bolton & Menk, Inc. to provide professional engineering services for Capital Improvement Project 11121; Long Street and Emerson Lane.
Recommendation/Action(s):
Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
On August 24, 2026, the City Council approved the preparation of plans & specifications for Capital Improvement Project 11121. Final design is expected to begin immediately with a bid opening date anticipated in March 2027.
In order to facilitate the final design of this project, staff recommend authorizing the City Manager to enter into a professional services agreement with Bolton & Menk, Inc. for design services consisting of project phasing, 60% review plan set, 90% review plan set, facilitate state aid review, 100% final design plans & specifications, and stormwater modeling for an amount not to exceed $350,000.00.
