Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Master Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota Court Data services on behalf of the City of Mankato. 

Adoption of the attached resolution. 

The State Court Administration requires the attached agreements be approved to allow the City Attorneys access to court records. The Minnesota Judicial Branch has a paperless system and access, and a Master Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota Court Data Services is required. This allows the City’s Attorneys to access appropriate electronic court records and documents stored in the Minnesota Court Information System for cases in Minnesota district courts.
