Summary:
On September 14, 2026, the Mankato Economic Development Authority (EDA) will review an application from Old Town Riverfront Properties, LLC requesting tax abatement financing. The City Council is required to hold a public hearing on the tax abatement and for the business subsidy agreement that would outline job and wage goals attributable to the project.
It is requested that the Council set the date of public hearing for September 28, 2026.
