Resolution to execute the grant and award the Airport Taxiway A/D/E Reconstruction and Enhanced Taxiway Markings Project.

Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
Two of the 2026 Airport Capital Improvement Projects were combined into one:
In June, the bid from The Mathiowetz Construction Co was conditionally accepted, pending receipt of funding.
The Department of Transportation Secretary released a series of airport infrastructure grants on September 14, 2026, awarding Mankato Regional Airport $1,553,134.00 towards the project.
Taxiway A/D/E Intersection Reconstruction & Airfield Marking Enhancement are eligible for a 95% federal and 2.5% state share of eligible expenses.
- Taxiway A/D/E Intersection Reconstruction ($1,360,000)
- Enhanced Taxiway Markings (Part 139) ($83,000)
