Report from Mr. Frost on Mankato and North Mankato Intergovernmental Meeting, and discuss setting January 22, 2018, as the date of public hearing for an Ordinance amending Section 5.35 of the Mankato City Code relating to Tobacco (amending purchasing age from 18 to 21).

Discussion by Council regarding setting a date of public hearing for an Ordinance amending Section 5.35 of the Mankato City Code relating to Tobacco (amending the purchasing age from 18 to 21). A draft of the Ordinance is attached as well as a Resolution adopting the administrative penalties for violations to the Ordinance.
