Re-set March 5, 2018, as the date of public hearing for the proposed establishment of Development District No. 40 and Tax Increment Financing District No. 40-1 and Development District Plan and Tax Increment Financing Plan; including review of Development Agreement - Joseph Affordable Housing Project, Outlot E, Copperfield Subdivision.

Re-set date of hearing. 

The Economic Development Authority recommended that the City Council set a date of public hearing for January 8, 2018 for Development District No. 40 and Tax Increment District No. 40-1. The developer of the project, Joseph Development, has requested that the hearing date be moved to March 5, 2018, to allow for additional time for all parties involved in the project to review the terms and conditions of the development agreement. Joseph Development is in the process of selecting their lending institution and the selected lender will need adequate time to review the development agreement.
