Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into Agreement Number 1029967 with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for federal participation in construction allowing MnDOT to act as the city's agent in accepting federal funds on the city's behalf for construction projects.

Summary:
Attached to this resolution is proposed Agency Agreement Number 1029967 between the City of Mankato and MnDOT, which allows MnDOT to act as the city's agent in accepting federal aid on behalf of the city. This proposed agreement is intended to cover all federally funded projects that the City of Mankato is awarded funds or until revisions are needed in the agreement. This proposed agreement supersedes and replaces Agreement Number 99899 executed in 2013, and Agreement Number 84023 executed in 2003 completely.
