Set January 22, 2018, as date of public hearing for an Ordinance amending Mankato City Code, Chapter 6; clean-up items and revision of Section 6.06, Right-of-Way Management, including addition of small cell wireless.

Summary:
City staff have conducted a thorough review of Mankato City Code, Chapter 6 relating to streets and sidewalks generally and have identified several recommendations for amendments and clean-up to the current ordinance. In addition, Standards for Wireless Telecommunications Facilities was added to Section 6.06 Right-of-Way Management. A copy of the ordinance is being finalized and will be available prior to the meeting is attached.
