Creation of Council Committee to review Request for Proposals for 1315 Stadium Road.
Summary:
At the June 27, 2022 Council meeting, staff received authorization for the release of the request for proposals (RFP) for the disposition of 1315 Stadium Road. Proposals are due on August 3, after which the proposals will be reviewed. It is requested that up to three Council persons be involved in the review with staff and formulate a recommendation to the full Council for consideration. This is similar to the process when the Council selected the preferred developer for the Lamm Street site. According to the RFP timeline, a recommendation to the Council is anticipated in September/October.
