Review Scope of Work for 1215 N Riverfront Drive

The property owner at 1215 N Riverfront Drive are eligible for a commercial rehabilitation loan from the City and the assistanc is proposed from the Economic Development Authority (EDA) Levy. 

In order to utilize said funding, the project must be reviewed by the Heritage Preservation Commission. 

The proposed work should be reviewed for conformance with the Secretary of Interior Standards.
