Mankato Area Public Schools is requesting a Site Plan and Traffic Advisory Committee review of improvements to Jefferson Elementary school, which is located at 100 James Avenue.
Improvements include a new, secure 2-story entrance addition to make ADA compliant, with the bottom of the addition will be outdoor storage. Removal & replacement of sidewalks & stairs. No new services are proposed. Additionally, the project includes the remodel of an existing building with nurses' room, restrooms, a conference room, offices, & a reception area.
