Motion approving change orders.

Staff is recommending approval of the following change orders. The All Seasons Arena Board approved these at their October 25^th meeting.
 
Met-Con, Trade Package 1A
Change Order #8, $8,616.12
CO #8 includes the following:

• Decrease for the tile grout product change from epoxy which is more difficult to work with and repair in the future to a standard grout product
• Increase for installation of a new fire treated wood platform around the skate treadmill. Upon reinstallation, it was found that the existing platform did not meet building code and needed to be constructed out of fire-treated lumber.
• Increase for modification to the north wall of the new west vestibule. The original plan called for leaving the former exterior metal paneling which is in disrepair. A drywall finish would be applied to match the remaining finishes in the space.

 
Malterer Mechanical, Trade Package 23B
Change Order #5, $4,900
CO #5 includes the following:

• Increase for the change of material from fabric duct to steel duct and reroute it closer to the east wall in the Dryland Training Room, at the request of Mankato Area Hockey Association

 
Laketown Electric, Trade Package 26A
Change Order #5, $414.00
CO #5 includes the following:

• Increase for the replacement of an electrical panel breaker for the skate treadmill, this is a code required item

 
The above change orders total an increase of $13,930.12. If approved, the newly adjusted contingency will be decreased to $92,001.90.
