Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a 2025-2026 School Resource Officer (SRO) Agreement between the Mankato Department of Public Safety and Mankato Area Public Schools (ISD #77).

This contract serves as an agreement of services to provide two (2) Mankato Department of Public Safety Police Officers to serve as School Resource Officers for District 77 for 2025-2026.  The purpose of the contract is to have a dedicated police officer at Mankato East and West High Schools and provide a regular presence in the schools. 

This is a regular agreement between the Mankato Department of Public Safety and District 77. The agreement has been in effect for several years.
