Review 2025 Legislative Priorities

Summary:
We have been working on a plan for the city to consider creating a list of legislative priorities for the MN Legislature. These are not intended to be all encompassing and are intended to be directive as to those items that we would like to speak out about as an organization. These are a draft, and we hope to receive feedback on the language or any additional priorities that this organization should focus on.
We will take feedback and bring the next draft back to the Council at the Work Session on January 6, 2025, with consideration of adoption at the January 13, 2025, Council Meeting. The 2025 Legislative Session is scheduled to start on January 14, 2025.
