Resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the Blue Earth County and City of Mankato Voting Operations, Technology & Election Resources (VOTER) Agreement.

On November 27, 2023, the Council authorized a VOTER Account Agreement with Blue Earth County to retain the city's VOTER funds to support the cost of administering elections for the City of Mankato. Since the funding amount will fluctuate annually, the agreement will need to be amended in order for the city to continue to get its fully allocated amount from the state. The amendment will also allow Blue Earth County to apply the allocated amount to the election services and technology/equipment costs to reduce the amount the city is billed.
