Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Agreement with Blue Earth County (BEC) for Detox Transportation Services.

Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
The City of Mankato, Public Safety Department, and Blue Earth County Human Services have participated for several years in a Detox Transportation Agreement. This agreement sets reimbursement amounts for transports of intoxicated individuals within the city limits of Mankato to detox facilities, depending on destination of care. The billing will be performed by Public Safety upon completion of transport.
