An application has been submitted by LV Petroleum, LLC, DBA as TA Express at 3010 Adams Street, Suite 2, for a new off-sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor license.
Taxes are current for the premise. A certificate of liquor liability insurance has been provided. A background investigation of all persons and premises names in the application reveals nothing that would preclude issuance of this license.
An investigation fee of $155 and a license fee of $37 will be set for deposit into the city's general fund.
