Motion approving liquor license. 

An application has been submitted by Macullen Lemcke and Joshua Bauleke, owners of MLJB Companies LLC, DBA "The 507", 526 South Front Street, for an on-sale intoxicating, Sunday, Non-enclosed Premise (Patio), and optional 2 a.m. closing. This action represents a change in ownership of the business. The applicant has been provided a copy of the former Moonshiners/Savoy conditional use permit (CUP) for this location in order to comply with the established conditions for the property.

Taxes are current for the premise. A certificate of liquor liability has been provided, and a liquor license-holder agreement has been negotiated between the applicant and the Department of Public Safety. A background investigation of all persons and premises named in the application reveals nothing that would preclude the issuance of this license.

This premise will continue to assume the former "Class B" license previously held by Red Sky. Under such a license, there is a 20% food requirement rather than 40% in the downtown area. If "The 507" chooses to change to a Class R license in the future, the former "Class B" license will be forfeited. 

License fees of $6,920 and an investigation fee of $500 will be set for deposit into the city's general fund.
