- The three first-place winners have a tree planted in recognition of their win.
- Each winner will receive a City of Mankato pack.
- The winning posters have been shared on the City’s social media and website and featured in the online newsletter.

- Thank you to all contest participants. More than 40 entries were submitted.
- This year’s theme was “More Trees Please.”
- More than 16,000 trees make up Mankato’s urban forest. Trees cool, fight pollution, conserve energy and benefit wildlife. In addition, trees enhance property values and neighborhood livability.
- Special thanks to contest judge Justin Lundborg, Mankato’s Natural Resources Specialist.
