Scope of Work Review: 501 S Front St

The property owner at 501 S Front Street is eligible for a commercial rehabilitation loan from the City and the assistance is proposed from the Economic Development Authority (EDA) Levy. Work includes tuckpointing and applying a waterproof sealer to the exterior or both buildings, as well as removing paint from 501 S Front St. 

In order to utilize said funding, the project must be reviewed by the Heritage Preservation Commission. 

The proposed work should be reviewed for conformance with the Secretary of Interior Standards.
