Summary of City Manager’s Performance Review.
Recommendation/Action(s):
Motion approving wage adjustment to Step 6 on the adopted 2025 pay scale.
Summary:
The Mayor and each Council Member independently evaluated the City Manager in a closed session on Monday, May 5, 2025. During the meeting a summary of the review will be provided. In addition to the review, the Council discussed a potential adjustment to wages. It was recommended to allow for a step increase from Step 5 to Step 6 on the approved pay scale, which results in a salary of $218.046.40.
