Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Safety to apply for a $5,000 Fire Training Reimbursement Grant.
Recommendation/Action(s):
Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
The Mankato Department of Public Safety - Fire has identified a need for technical training that can be reimbursed at 100 percent cost through the Minnesota Board of Firefighter Training and Education. The Mankato Public Safety Center would host the training and firefighters from throughout the region could also attend for full tuition reimbursement.
