Resolution accepting State of Minnesota Hazardous Materials grant.
Recommendation/Action(s):
Adoption of the attached Resolution.
Summary:
The Public Safety Hazardous Materials Response Team (HMRT) has been awarded a grant from the State of Minnesota in the amount of $14,495.23 for team member training. All State Hazmat teams have been awarded this grant. There is a cost matching requirement of $3,623.75 which will be met with employee wages.
