Motion approving application for an On-sale Intoxicating and Sunday Liquor for Tako Kato, Inc. DBA Tako Kato, 302 Stadium Road.

Summary:
An application has been submitted by Moises Diaz Perez as owner of Tako Kato, Inc., DBA Tako Kato, 302 Stadium Road, for an on-sale intoxicating (Class N) and Sunday Liquor license.
Taxes are current for the premise. A certificate of liability insurance has been provided, and a liquor license-holder agreement has been negotiated between the applicant and Public Safety.
A background investigation of all persons and premises named in the application reveals nothing that would preclude the issuance of this license. License fees of $4,300 and an investigation fee of $500 will be sent for deposit into the city's general fund.
