Motion approving change orders.
Summary:
Staff is recommending approval of the following change orders. The All Seasons Arena Board approved these at their September 19th meeting.
Met-Con, Trade Package 1A
Change Order #17, $664.50
CO #17 includes the following:
Change Order #11, $325.00
CO #11 includes the following:
Change Order, $13,189.54
This CO includes the following:
The above change orders will increase the overall project cost by $14,179.04. If approved, the contingency will be decreased to $90,285.81.
Staff recommends a motion approving the change orders.
Met-Con, Trade Package 1A
Change Order #17, $664.50
CO #17 includes the following:
- Reinstall existing flooring around the north side of the north rink – labor only
- Remove painting of return air duct work – North Rink
- Reduce scope of painting and graphics removal from Change Order #15 – west wall; reduction of 120 square feet
Change Order #11, $325.00
CO #11 includes the following:
- Addition of a light in the main lobby to reduce the shadows from the structural steel and staircase/mezzanine
Change Order, $13,189.54
This CO includes the following:
- Tariffs for North Rink dasher boards
The above change orders will increase the overall project cost by $14,179.04. If approved, the contingency will be decreased to $90,285.81.
