Review
APX Construction, on behalf of the property owner, Cemstone, has requested a Site Plan and Traffic Advisory Committee review for a new structure and a new batch plant to be located at 100 Summit Drive.
Site plans provided show one new access point from Summit Avenue for a total of two access points to the subject development. A new 60' x 40' building is shown centrally located on the western side of the parcels. A batch plant, along with ramps, is shown to traverse the property line between the two parcels. An existing stormwater treatment basin is shown on the easterly side of the subject parcels.
